My husband pointed out that other banks are doing this. But I reminded him that just because other people are doing it, it doesn't make it right.

If I wanted to, I can stuff my money under my mattress for free. I'm sure as hell not going to PAY for the "privilege" to use my own money! (Especially when I know I can take my money somewhere else). The whole idea of going paperless and doing electronic transactions was to drive down costs, not create new bullshit fees.
