They e-mailed back and used a loophole to dodge my letter completely. The guy said that while the account is joint, he's not going to answer my e-mail because the online login is somehow only attached to my husband. He said if I sign up for my own online account, they will "answer my question" (Um I didn't ASK a question, I sent you a series of angry statements. No question mark was used in that entire letter).
My husband copied and resent the letter with his name on it instead XD He wants to see if we ever get a response!
